veZard is a decentralized exchange (DEX) platform derived from Magician - Andre Cronje's initial concept of a perpetual decentralized exchange.

This platform offers more magical style DEX for users by applying the Solidly perpetual model with adjustments to fee structures and emissions. It will act as the trading mechanism for the Mantle Network, giving traders access to secure and fast crypto-asset trading. \
**veZard puts emphasis on** \
**-** User experience and safety\
\- Eliminating centralized risks \
\- Increases transparency and liquidity in the market with its magic.

### Ve(3,3) System

veZard Finance is built on Mantle Network network that offers low-cost token exchanges and reduced swap fees, using a governance model called the ve(3,3) system and with many improvements.

Via voting, bribes, and decisions on whether to lock or unlock the governance token, this system encourages active user participation. When a majority of users lock their tokens, they can reap the economic benefits of the ve(3,3) model, such as enhanced token yield and lower inflation of native tokens while maintaining control over the token's circulating supply.

The purpose of the ve(3,3) structure is to create an environment where users can actively choose to participate and establish a cycle of growth that reinforces itself over time.
